RETURNS + REFUNDS

Because our cookies are baked fresh and are a perishable food product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's a problem with the quality of your cookies, please contact us as soon as possible at bygeorgiesevents@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right. 

Where required, refunds, replacements and other remedies will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
